Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic Social Media Administrator who is ready to contribute to improved performance of advertising campaigns and the brand image of our clients’ Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn accounts through daily work.

At this stage, we are looking for a new team member who will thoroughly and efficiently adapt to our way of working, task tracking, guiding ideas for creating even better editorial and advertising strategies, communicating with clients from various industries, and taking part in hangouts on the terrace of a hidden villa in Dedinje.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Creating, designing, and publishing content on social media for clients from various industries.
  • Participating in the implementation of agreed strategies and digital presence through editorial management of social media accounts on TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
  • Planning and setting up monthly PPC, engaging, and lead campaigns
  • Day-to-day communication with assigned clients – account management strictly related to social media tasks and delivering high-quality service
  • Proactive development of clients’ social media presence by proposing appropriate monthly and quarterly additional activities
  • Reporting and analyzing achieved results on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
  • Analytical thinking and developing creative solutions in collaboration with the design team

Requirements:

  • At least 2+ years of experience in the same or a similar role within an agency or an in-house marketing department
  • Independent use of META Business Suite and Ads Manager, with a solid understanding of META Business Manager structure
  • Ability to independently set up campaigns and monitor their growth and development
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, ability to read and interpret Google Analytics data and analyze achieved results
  • A high level of creativity in developing brand presence on social media (copywriting, visual identity) in collaboration with the SMM team and the video production/editing team
  • Strong presentation and communication (soft) skills, along with a good command of English
  • Flexibility and independence, while also functioning effectively within a team without the need for micromanagement

Nice to Have:

  • Independent work and familiarity with the advertising environment within LinkedIn Campaign Manager
  • Experience working with clients from international markets and knowledge of the German language
  • Experience with integrated, conversion-oriented campaigns across Google Ads, META, and LinkedIn channels
