Administrators can view all incoming orders in real time and easily accept or reject them with one click. Each order’s status is displayed via an intuitive traffic-light system (green – accepted, red – rejected).

  • Once accepted, an order automatically follows the predefined fulfillment flow—from warehouse to courier.
  • If an order is rejected (due to lack of stock or another reason), Shipper automatically reroutes it to the next warehouse based on predefined priorities.

Warehouse Prioritization & Automation

Shipper enables smart order allocation to warehouses based on predefined rules—fully automated, without manual reassignment.

Rules can be easily set by:

  • Postal code or customer location
  • Sales channel (Magento 2, Ananas, Shopster, ePlaneta, etc.)
  • Predefined warehouse priority

Administrators can define priority order—for example: central warehouse first, then Store X, then Store Y.
If a warehouse lacks available stock, Shipper automatically assigns the order to the next warehouse on the priority list.

The system also includes warehouse overload protection:
When a specific store receives a high number of orders in a short period, Shipper automatically activates load balancing and temporarily redirects new orders to other warehouses.

This ensures balanced workload distribution and shorter processing times during peak demand.

Courier Service Integration
