Pet Spot is the leading pet store and pet center in Serbia, with the mission to provide customers with everything they need in one location, whether in-store or online. PetSpot offers a unique shopping experience in its store on Ada Ciganlija, and since August 2020 customers can also buy items online, at PetSpot.rs. The webshop design is cheerful, with colorful cartoon characters, well-loved and associated with the brand. The navigation is easy, and there is a lot of useful advice and guidelines for shopping. Just like all other webshops with more than 1000 items made by Smart Web, PetSpot.rs is also developed using Magento 2 e-commerce platform. A very sophisticated e-commerce solution, Magento 2 is ideal for large webshops, with items who sometimes share and sometimes don't share key attributes, for example, the particular dog food which comes in different packages and has variants dogs of different age. The webshop uses a very advanced search and is completely integrated with Pantheon business software, used by PetSpot company. This solution enables companies to make a seamless transition to a new e-commerce platform, with perfect matching of inventory in shops and in the storage, a very important element for companies that import a lot of goods, such as PetSpot.
